Heats run every 20 minutes from 7:00am to 12:00pm. One booking per pair. $100 per pairs entry. One person books and pays for both athletes.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your heat to warm up and get checked in. Coaches will be on the floor throughout the morning to guide the flow and answer questions.
