    Classes are often performed at high-intensity combing elements of strength, cardio, weightlifting, gymnastics and more.

  • MetCon is short for metabolic conditioning and has been our bespoke 45-minute group fitness class since 2015.

    This training program focuses on a well designed strength and fitness protocol that is designed with dynamic movements to enhance cardiovascular fitness and build core strength.

    MetCon is a powerful training approach for those seeking general overall conditioning.

  • Our Gymnastics classes involve mastering bodyweight exercises and movements, emphasising flexibility, strength and coordination.

    Members learn skills like handstands and muscle ups which promote agility and overall athleticism.

    It's a fun and challenging way to enhance your training week.

  • In fitness, "Engine" refers to cardiovascular endurance.

    It's about enhancing the body's ability to sustain prolonged, aerobic activities.

    “Building” the engine in the classes involves exercises like running, Concept2 rowing, Concept2 ski ergs or the infamous Rogue Echo Bike.

    If you are aiming to improve stamina and cardiovascular health then Engine is an essential class on your list.

  • Our skills classes focus on proper movement and technique.

  • Strength Classes focus on building physical strength through weightlifting and resistance exercises such as the Back Squat, Deadlift or Bench Press.

  • Olympic Weightlifting is a dynamic sport involving two lifts: The Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.
