ATHX Games isn't a running race and it isn't a weightlifting meet.
It's a true hybrid competition that pulls from both — and everything in between.
A 2.5-hour event across six zones, combining strength, endurance and functional conditioning. One continuous challenge, designed to test every aspect of your fitness. The format changes each year — the standard doesn't.
Divisions cover both experience level and age group, so you're always competing against your peers. Inclusive without being easy.

ATHX sits perfectly alongside what we coach and how we think about training. The strength work, the endurance, the ability to perform under fatigue — that's what we've been doing since 2009.
Fifteen-plus years as a CrossFit affiliate will do that. The way we programme, the way we coach, the way we think about competition — ATHX is a natural extension of all of it.

This workout will challenge your engine with sustained, high-output work that tests your stamina and grit.
Recovery Zone
Your space to reset and recharge, with the latest recovery tech so you're ready for the final push.
MetCon X Zone
A workout built to put your functional fitness to the test and leave it all on the Comp Floor.
