At Urban Fitness we provide the community, the programming and the environment — whether you have a race on the calendar or not. And for those chasing something more, we have members who've competed at back-to-back HYROX World Championships.

Our 12-week blocks run before every AU and NZ HYROX race — whether you're chasing your first race or just wanting purpose in your training. Structured programming, race-specific periodisation. Applications open 1 month pre-race. Run coaching and HYROX-specific nutrition coaching available at additional cost.

We have the only full HYROX race equipment setup in Wellington — all competition-spec. The same equipment you'll find on race day.

There is no facility like this in Wellington. The whole space is available for hire — private simulations, corporate events, school groups.
