We are experts in Human optimisation. Training for Life is our motto and we live by it.

Our affiliate is CrossFit Pōneke (pronounced “por-neck-ee”) which is another name for Wellington in Maori.

Any goal worth achieving can be hard; but we make it easier with expert coaching and a community of people supporting you.

Surround yourself with like-minded individuals who have decided that becoming the best version of themselves is worth a little bit of hard work, and you’ll be supported by coaches dedicated to your success.

We cap our CrossFit classes at just 14 Humans

This allows us to provide you with more individual attention and coaching in every class.

Training

There's a big difference between working out and training.

To work out is to exercise without any long-term performance goals in mind. 

To train, on the other hand, is to exercise in a way that lifts you step by step towards a performance goal such as finishing a triathlon or running a personal best 10K time.

Programming

We like to do as little as necessary, not as much as possible unlike some gyms who try to cram too much in to their classes.

Our goal is to chase progress, not perfection and this takes time.
