Urban Fitness didn't start here.

It started in a park in 2009. No walls, no equipment. Just coaching.

We were one of New Zealand's first CrossFit affiliates. The same with HYROX and now ATHX as a Regional Hub.

The new facility is 685sqm of training space we were building towards without even knowing it. 16 years of history. All of it lives here now.

Come and see it for yourself. It's pretty epic.

Three distinct training methodologies. Choose one or train across all three.

Some come for the variety. Others compete. All programming is written in house by coaches who compete at the highest level in every discipline. Each pillar has a pathway to compete if you want it. None of them require it.

When you know what you're training for, you show up more. And your results follow.

8 Runs. 8 Stations. 1 Race. Anyone can do it. Race or no race, HYROX gives your training purpose. We coach it. We train for it. We compete in it. World Championship qualifiers train here alongside everyone else.
