Over the 4-weeks you will learn how to lift safely with the focus being on technique rather than how much weight is on the barbell.

Mike Young has close to 10 years experience in Coaching Olympic weightlifting. Kelsey Stirling learn’t all she knew from Mike. Together, they are the “A Team” (ok that was cheesy but the gist of the message is … we know our stuff).

Warm Up #1 (General)
The simplest, fastest, most effective general warm up for Olympic weightlifting – EVER!

Warm Up #2 (Specific)
Moving with intention in your specific warm up sets you up to train more efficiently.

Reduce the risk of injury by doing these three simple exercises after every training session.
