TRAINING vs. WORKING OUT - Training is when you have a progressive plan with measurable goals and continual challenges. Working out is anything that makes you sweaty and tired but not necessarily better because it lacks consistency, direction and specificity. With a little help from our Coaches, the members here train with purpose. They don’t JUST come here to sweat.
Our core Strength and Conditioning program.
CrossFit specific training, Olympic weightlifting, periodised strength programs, gymnastics skill development and of course conditioning workouts with the Barbell. We offer 60 minute and 90 minute class options
Functional Group Fitness.
MetCon45 is a high-energy cardiovascular workout that uses mainly bodyweight exercises making it the perfect training program for busy people regardless of their age or fitness level.
Snatch, Clean and Jerk and Squat.
Train in 200sqm of open plan gym during our off peak times with quality equipment including bumper plates that can be dropped and coaches who are themselves passionate lifters.
A program for 13 to 17 year olds.
This is a fun and challenging group environment for teenagers to exercise in. Increase your fitness for other activities or make this form of fitness your chosen sport!

A private place to train without the mirrors or egos.
Enquire about our $25 per week Off Peak membership. Train uninterrupted during our quiet periods when no classes are on. Do your own program or do one of ours. It’s totally up to you.
