These classes will be all about getting your lifting better. We may go heavy now and then, sometimes we need to, to see where the form breaks down. But predominately these are technique classes. Im going to also cover Squats (back and front) and accessory work/mobility for the Olympic lifts.

Not all in one session, but over the course of the weeks.

Tuesdays

* 7:30pm to 9:00pm - Mainly aimed at New Members (but keep reading)


Thursdays

* 5:30pm to 6:30pm - CrossFit/MetCon for Members on Unlimited Members

Here’s the deal team

Any CrossFit Member or MetCon Unlimited Member - may come to the THURSDAY 5:30pm Olympic lifting classes. No extra charge. Just extra value. These are one hour.

NOW - if you DO want to be part of the longer classes (1.5 hours) then I’ve created a discounted ten trip pass you can purchase online to use in any of these longer classes.

There will be two 1.5 hour classes each week - Tuesdays 7:30pm to 9:00pm and Thursdays 6:30pm to 9:00pm.

These one’s I'm trying to get NEW members in the door BUT I don’t want to close them off to you totally But I do need to charge extra.

Mainly, due to our rent going up a third of what we are currently paying. I just HAVE to make more income.

So, at the least you have one class included in your membership on a Thursdays and if you want MORE then grab a ten trip pass and use it as you may. Remember, these won’t expire whereas the ones new members buy will expire after 10 weeks.

MEMBERSHIP AND TEN TRIP PASSES

Anyone may join these classes. You don’t need to be a member of Urban Fitness but you DO need to be consistent if you want to see results. Therefore, your options are -

1. Trial 2 classes for $30 (over 2 consecutive weeks)

2. Two 1.5 hour classes - $40 a week (minimum 3-month contract)

3. Ten Trip Pass $250 (with a 10 week expiry - no contract)

As a Bonus - if you join the $40 weekly membership you can add the Open Gym for just another $10 a week.
